Shen Long had been summoned and awaited for a wish. Pilaf hesitated so long in making his wish to be ruler of the world that Oolong rushed up and wished for a pair of girl panties to prevent Pilaf's wish.

The Dragon Balls then scattered all over the world. Shu called out his Dog squad to attack the group. While Oolong and Puar ran away from one group of dogs outside the castle, Bulma, Goku, and Yamucha ran away from another group along the castle wall – too high to jump down safely. The two groups ran into each other and Shu and Mai jumped down and threatened a tied-up Bulma.
